So While I've been away from the forum for quite a while, I have been busy prop making. One of them was a cardboard River Song Diary that i spent hours tea staining pages and illustrating. This became quite a tedious job, but after my persaverance, its worth it.

Will post some photos soon

Incredible! The inside... the outside... Absolutely incredible! This is not a prop replica. This is a serious work of art. The photos and drawings, I could probably "burgle" since I can draw (somewhat), and if I could read your writing I'd probably try to duplicate this. (The outside is another story; I haven't worked with leather, other than to punch an extra hole in one of my belts.) I have no words to actually describe what is inside my head at the moment, other than, well...

WOW!

Bravo, my friend!

Thank you very much Galacticprobe, as I say, it takes a lot of patience to do, a lot of the information in the diary is from watching episodes and getting information from wikipedia.

This is a website of a woman who made one, much better than mine, it's really beautiful, it was on Ebay for £200

Hope this helps

Wow! Between you and the woman from "scones of blood" blog, I feel so inadequate when it comes to drawings. Both of your diaries show you've worked seriously hard and long on them!

Very impressive! Anyone can see this took a great deal of work (and could possibly be a continuing work).

Its certainly an ongoing project, i still have to update about Berlin 1938 and Now about Melody Malone

BioDoctor900

The14thDr

How did you create the newspaper for the Berlin 1938 page? Did you find the graphic online or did you make it yourself? Also, how did you get it printed onto actual newspaper paper?

Kind regards, The14thDr :D

14th, The newspaper isn't a newspaper  ;) It's just two pieces of A4 tea stained. I had to create all the graphics, and to be honest, I don't think the file exists anymore, So i'll probably have to make a new one if I ever try to finish it

BioDoctor900

Really!?!? Wow!! :o In the photos it looks like a real newspaper!!!
I'll give the graphic a go at some point in the future.
