Buzzcocks promo pic - actual prop?

Just googling Tennant TARDIS hi-res pictures for some depth of doors from front of corner post clues (PS: one of our US members appears very near top of the results - "hello you cigar-chomping star!") and found a peculiar promotional image for Tennant appearing on Nevermind the Buzzcocks.  

It appears to me to be  genuine BBC prop and it is on a BBC show but check out the windows and central divider.  Any thoughts on what's going on?   I never saw the show so don't know if the box appeared on it.  fromhttp://blogs.coventrytelegraph.net/passtheremote/2009/12/doctor-whos-farewell-tour-of-t.html

Oh, the TARDIS appeared in the show alright, it was part of one of the games! There was also an Ood and a Dalek.

I believe this was one of the promo fiberglass props Purple made.  It may have been the one that was on Eastenders a few years ago when a couple of of the characters went to a Doctor Who exhibition.
