for the console

There are several consoles, so can you elaborate a little? Which console do you want dimensions for? One from the Series? Or just the mister's?

thanks for the comments guys! sorry this update has been so long coming, I've been engrossed in other projects. here is the final update and I'm posting my professional completion photos in the console gallery :) check em out!

so I got this new piece just for room decoration

Here's the rotor movement mechanism

So it's a windscreen wiper motor with an arm connected to a chord running through a large pulley and two smaller pulleys in succession then attached to the bottom of a rod fixed to the base of the rotor so when the arm turns, it pulls the rod up towards the large pulley, then back down :D

and I added a purple light in the room like they did in the new season of Doctor Who.

oh and the rotor base moves up and down on heavy duty barbecue drawer runners

I think your console is Amazing! Its making me jealous and wanting to get mine back up, unfortunately I dont have the room for it  :( so trying to find a mate that has the room and would like to play with it  ;D

It would be great to see a video of the rotor movement if you could make one.

Congratulations on such a beautiful build

BioDoctor900, awesome. Thanks! there is already a video with the rotor movement on this build diary, you'll just have to look back through the thread to find it.
