Well, after about a year I've finally finished it.

I've learned a lot from this build.  Like how Royal Blue gloss just doesn't cover up white primer properly unless I put a matt blue on first, and like how epoxy glue dissolves laserjet toner ink, resulting in having to peel off roof signs and do them again...and that didn't go into the build diary!

But I'm quite pleased with the final result.

Now I can finally sit back and relax...until I start the Matt Smith build!  ;)

Kudos!

The top of the light looks Fantastic!  Sorry, I just had to say that. But it's true. You are working in a scale that is just eye-numbing. The texturing, coloration and effects are remarkable. Great job and well done.

Thank you very much.  Yes it is eye-numbing at times, though far easier than attempting a CO-scale console!  Luckily I have a good set of vari-focals.

Beautiful model there :)

You are replying to a thread 4.5 years old. ;)  The "Like" button on here is in the top right of each post, but has only been here for about 2 years or so.

And just for anyone else reading this, that "Like Topic" button is also on the bottom right of each post. It's in two places.
