Tardis Console

Being inspired by the other Console room designed in Google Sketch up I downloaded the program and spent the better part of today designing the console that I will eventually build.

I really like this design as it seems to be great blend between old and new 

Sometimes I think I should have been a bit braver and tried something more unique.

Lol - I'm about as original as a cheese sandwich sometimes 

Can't wait to see more of this though definitely!

i think im obsessed with perfecting the console...tweaking bits of...collecting more switches today...im wondering if it will fit in my 15ft by 10ft front room...the sofa will have to go.  Im going to concentrate on the time column/rotor giving more detail to my design.

A quick update: Ive been taking a break from design my console as theres a few things that have cropped up recently that have taken my time up...hopefully I shall continue the designs and hopefully contruct this beast before I go grey or loose all my hair thinking about it.
