My DAVROS prop

I started it 1/2 a yer a go now and i'm coming up to completion now. ITs made of MDF and Hardbord. i have Just got the Balls (polestirine) and am fixing them next.

How'd you ever make Davros's headgear?

My current Davros's headgear is made from Polymorph, plumbers solder, door knobs and some foam for the fake mic.

is that one of those voice changer cyber helmets? Does that fit adult sizes?

where'd youd get the styrene? whats the radius on those?

Yes it is a voice changer helmet, it does fit adults.

i bought the balls and cut them in half using a hot wire cutter, and they are 120mm in diameter.

Yay!!! I finished it this morning now I just need to finish the costume.

YAY! After almost 3/4 of a year of work and i have finished my Davros Prop!!
