Hello Everyone and thanks for bringing me on-board!!

The item you seek for the pentorch is actually a(n) Continuity Tester. The original prop was on ebay back in 2006. Below is a link to one made by Gardner Bender, which is the closest match I have found.

If you click on the data sheet you'll see a diagram of the jack. All in all, this prop replica should not cost you no more then $10.00 - $12.00 USD.
